Help! My item is leaking! What can I do?

All pool floats and winter inflatables come with a repair patch. Once you identify where the leak is, please stick the patch directly onto the item to seal the leak.

If you are not able to repair the leak or have any other defects, please contact us at sales@salusbrands.com or (877) 659-5505 to discuss replacement options

What is your return policy?

Unused items purchased through the CocoNutOutdoor.com website can be returned within 30-days of purchase. Note that we do not provide return labels, and you will need to pay shipping to return the item. Please use the Returns page to process your request.

Unused items purchased from an independent retailer or Amazon will need to be returned directly to that retailer per their return policy

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States and Canada via UPS

How much is shipping?

All orders ship via UPS, and costs are based on the size and weight of the box and fluctuate with the current UPS rates

How long does it take to get my order?

Orders are generally processed within two business days, and will arrive based on what shipping method you selected

Can I track my order?

Once your order ships, we will update you with the tracking number

My package never arrived, what can I do?

We are so sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, once an order leaves our warehouse, it is the carriers responsibility. Please reach out to the carrier directly to locate the package.

Where are your items made?

All items are manufactured in China and shipped from our Arizona and California warehouses

Do your items comply with California Proposition 65 requirements?

Yes, all items from CocoNut Outdoor have been tested and comply with all California Proposition 65 requirements

I bought a Cloud Splash Pad – how does it inflate?

The Splash Pad actually does not inflate. To use the Splash Pad, attach your hose to the orange nozzle. Once the hose is firmly attached, turn your hose on! There are small holes around the outside of the Splash Pad for the water to come out.

I bought a Toddler Float with Canopy – how do I attach the Canopy?

Insert the hook through the loop on one side of the float. Attach the two Velcro straps from the canopy to the soft spot on the same side of the float. Once the hook and Velcro straps are secure, bend the canopy over to attach the same way to the other side of the float.
